Compliance Hub SRL, a limited liability company registered in Romania, is the organizer of the Romanian Whistleblowing Initiative (RWI) 2025 Conference, an event dedicated to the implementation of whistleblowing legislation.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit the Romanian Whistleblowing Initiative (RWI) 2025 website or register to attend the event.

Our website is built and hosted using Wix.com. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and may process limited technical data (e.g. IP address, device type) to ensure site functionality and security. For more information, please refer to Wix’s Privacy Policy. Wix is based in Israel, which is an adequate jurisdiction for transfers from the EU. They use a number of subprocessors, with which they conclude EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

During the RWI 2025, photographs and video recordings may be taken for documentation, promotional and educational purposes. These may include images of participants, speakers and the event setting.
