Romanian Whistleblowing Initiative

Romania's National Integrity Agency (ANI) was designated as the country's central external reporting channel for whistleblowers. Reporters can use internal channels at their employer, go externally to ANI or another competent authority, or disclose publicly. ANI offers confidential advice to prospective whistleblowers and assistance on protection against retaliation, and it runs Avertizori361, the national platform for external reports to the Agency and other designated authorities.
